(b)to establish within the State campuses, study centres or Constituent Colleges of Technical Education, Higher Education, Medical & Dental Education, Legal Education, Aviation Education, Social Sciences, General Sciences and other areas of education for offering certificate, diploma graduate degree, post graduate degree and Doctoral degree which would be as nominated by the University Grant Commission but the University shall, have the right to start other diploma and certificate courses in furtherance of its Objections;
