1. Heard.
2. Advocate Mr. Kurdukar has received instructions to represent and espouse the cause of Shangrila Vaibhav CHS Ltd. His counsel Mr. Soman appears in Court and informs the Court that previously Society was represented by M/s. Vashi & Associates. He would submit that Interim Application No. 9450 of 2025 has been filed in order to seek leave of the Court to permit Advocate Mr. Kurdukar to file his vakalatnama and represent and espouse the cause of Society. He would submit that previous Advocates have declined to give NOC. Be that as it may, considering the cause of Petitioner Society, Registry is directed to accept vakalatnama of Mr. Kurdukar which shall be filed within a period of one week from today.
3. Learned counsel for Society would inform the Court that controversy in the present Petition qua granting membership to two Respondents - members has been decided by the Society by passing an appropriate resolution in its General Body Meeting.
4. At this stage, Mr. Shah, learned Advocate for interveners would inform the Court that he represents and espouses the cause of two members of the Society who desire to object to the withdrawal of the present Writ Petition by the Society by virtue of the resolution passed.

908. IA-9450-25 + 2 IA.docx He would persuade the Court to direct Mr. Soman and Advocate Mr. Kurdukar to serve a copy of the Interim Application to him. Copy has been served on him in Court. He would make a request to Court to allow the intervenors to transpose themselves in place of Petitioner Society and continue prosecuting the Petition. He would submit that Interim Application seeking transposition has already been filed. It is numbered as Interim Application (St) No. 6210/2025.
5. Stand over to 9th July, 2025 under the caption "Part-Heard" on the Supplementary Board.
