- Licenses and any directions issued in B.P. Form No. 9 shall be in triplicate: one copy shall be given to the licensee or the person to whom the directions are addressed, one retained in the SuperintendentÂ’s office, and one sent to the police-station concerned, where it shall be retained in a special file for 3 years.
