ORAL ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MS. JUSTICE BELA M. TRIVEDI) The learned Senior Counsel Mrs. Mauna M. Bhatt for the Respondent seeks permission to place on record the communication dated 16.7.2021, to the effect that the delay occurred in filing the Appeal by the Petitioner before the CIT (Appeals) has already been condoned.
The said communication is taken on record.
Learned Advocate Mrs. Bhatt further states that in view of the said communication, the Declaration filed by the Petitioner shall be reconsidered by the concerned authority under the Vivad se Vishwas Scheme, 2020, in accordance with law.
In view of the above, the learned Advocate Mr. Ankit M. Talsania for the Petitioner does not press for this Petition at this juncture.
