Section 374(a) in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Rules, 1968
(a)Any person may, on payment of fees at the rate specified in sub-rule (d), obtain a certified copy of any public document filed in the Office of the Registrar, Arbitrator, Board of Arbitrators, appellate authority or the liquidator. Public document shall include decision, order or award by Registrar. Arbitrator or Board of Arbitrators or appellate authority or the liquidator.
