2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires -(a)"Act" means the Jawaharlal Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education and Research, Puducherry Act, 2008 (19 of 2008)(b)"Annexure" means the annexure to the rules(c)"Appendix" means the appendix to the rules(d)"Director" means the Director of the Institute(e)"President" means the President of the Institute(f)"Section" means a section of the Act;
