It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the writ application being C.W. J.C. No.4195 of 2002 was disposed of on 8.9.2010 in pursuance to the order dated 1.7.2009 passed by the 2 learned Single Judge in Civil Review No.139 of 2004.
In view of the aforementioned reason, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application.
This application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
