- An improvement scheme shall be of the one of the following types or may combine any two or more of such types, or of any special features thereof, that is to say,--(a)a general improvement scheme ;(b)a re-building scheme ;(c)a re-housing scheme ;(d)a street scheme ;(e)a deferred street scheme ;(f)a development scheme ;(g)a housing accommodation scheme [***] [Omitted by Central Provinces and Berar Act VII of 1944, section 4 (i).] ;(h)[ a future expansion or improvement scheme] [Substituted by Central Provinces and Berar Act XXXIV of 1949, section 11.] ;(i)[ a drainage or drainage including sewage disposal scheme.] [Inserted by Central Provinces and Berar Act VII of 1944, section 4(iii).]
