Section 465(4) in The Gujarat Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
(4)With reference to officers and servants appointed under chapter XX and to expenditure from the Transport Fund, the provisions of sub-section (1) and of clause (c) of sub-section (2) shall apply as if for the words "Standing Committee", the words "Transport Committee" has been substituted.
