Section 235 in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010
235. No claim to be compromised or abandoned without sanction of Tribunal.
- In a winding up, no claim by the LLP against any person shall be compromised or abandoned by the Liquidator without the sanction of the Tribunal upon notice to such person as the Tribunal may direct.
