Section 2(za) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995
(za)"Planning Agency" means the Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority, a Special Urban Planning and Development Authority, a New Town Planning and Development Authority, a local authority or the Town and Country Planning Wing of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, designated as such by the [State Government] [Substituted 'Board' by Punjab Act No. 30 of 2006, dated 27.10.2006.] under Section 57 of this Act for a planning area;
