Appeal is admitted for final hearing on the following
substantial question of law:-
"Whether under Section 12 AA of the Income Tax Act
the Commissioner Income Tax can satisfy himself with regard
to genuineness of the activities of the trust ?
On payment of P.F. by registered AD post within one
week, issue notice of the appeal to the respondent.
