                         O R D E R(Oral)

PER: SURESH KUMAR MONGA, MEMBER (J):

1. The Original Application No. 060/873/2019 was disposed of by this Tribunal vide order dated 22.08.2019 and the respondents were directed to consider the petitioner's Legal Notice as his representation and decide the same by way of passing a 2 reasoned order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the said order.

2. Alleging wilful disobedience of the said order, the petitioner herein has filed the present Contempt Petition.

3. At the very outset, Sh. Sanjay Goyal, learned Sr. Central Government Standing Counsel, while drawing our attention towards an order dated 11.12.2019 (Annexure C-1), stated that the order dated 22.08.2019 passed by this Tribunal in OA No. 060/873/2019 stands complied with and, therefore, nothing survives in the present Contempt Petition.

4. In view of the above statement made by Sh. Sanjay Goyal, the present Contempt Petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

5. Rule of the court is discharged.

6. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to lay a challenge to order dated 11.12.2019 if he still remains dissatisfied with the same.
