Section 104A(1) in Uttarakhand Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
(1)the Registrar may, either before or after the institution of the prosecution, compound any offence punishable under this Act on realization of such amount of composition fee as he thinks fit, and where such offence is punishable with fine only then such composition fee shall not exceed the maximum amount of fine fixed for the offence.
