Section 112(2) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Rules, 1965
(2)If such amount is paid to be Principal Officer of the area or the decree-holder, the sale shall not be stopped unless proof is given to the satisfaction of the Sales Officer that the said amount has been actually paid.
