1.The Deputy Labour Commissioner (District North West), Labour Department, Government of N.C.T. of Delhi has referred this dispute arising between the parties named above for adjudication to this Labour court Vide Order No. F. 24/ID/96/18/NWD/187/18/Lab/574-76 dated 31.05.2018 with the following terms of reference.
"Whether the services of workman Sh.Om Prakash S/o Sh Ram Asrey have been terminated illegally and / or unjustifiably by the management; and if so, to what relief is he entitled and what directions are necessary in this respect?"
2. None has appeared on behalf of the workman despite several calls since morning. Record of the file reveals that as on date, no statement of claim has been filed by the workman. It appears that the workman is not interested to pursue this matter seriously against the management. Hence, there does not appear to be any dispute between the workman and the management in this matter.
3. Due to the above mentioned reason, no relief award is hereby passed in this case against the workman and in favour of the management. The reference is answered accordingly.
4. A copy of the award be sent to the concerned Office of the Deputy Labour Commissioner for publication as per rules.
5. File be consigned to Record Room after completing due formalities.
