Section 52(15)(c) in The Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority (Conditions Of Service Of Officers And Other Employees) Regulations, 2000

(c)The inquiring authority may also allow the officer and other employee to produce new evidence, if it is of the opinion that the production of such evidence is necessary in the interests of justice.
