159. [ Copying and comparing fees. [Substituted vide High Court Notification No.C.2002/93, dated 30.10.2009.]
- The following fees shall be charged for copying and comparing:-| Ordinary | |||
| (a) | For copying and comparing | Rs. 3.00 per page, inclusive of paper charges. | |
| (b) | For copying documents in tabular form. | Rs. 2.00 per page, inclusive of paper charges. | |
| Urgent | |||
| (c) | For copies of documents for or papers at (a) and(b) above. | (i) Rs. 2.00 Court fees stamp in addition to theprescribed court fees stamp on the application. (ii) half of thefees in addition to the fees prescribed above. | |
| (d) | For comparing private copies produced forcertification. | Rs. 3.00 per page.] |
