Section 45CC in The Wild Life (Protection) (Orissa) Rules, 1974
45CC. Compassionate payment on account of cattle kills.
- In case of death of cow, bullock, buffalow or calf caused by the wild animals specified in Rule 45-AA within a forest area or within a belt of five kilometres from the limit thereof, there shall be made compassionate payment of such amount as specified in the Schedule below:
