Section 9(j) in Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 1996
(j)Every application for the grant or renewal of a quarry lease shall be accompanied by an affidavit showing particulars of the areas mineral-wise in each district of the State, which the applicant or persons jointly with him(i)already holds under quarry lease;(ii)has already applied for, but not granted; and(iii)being applied for simultaneously;
