18. Executive functions of Sarpanch.
- The executive powers of the Gram Panchayat under this Regulation and the responsibility for the due fulfilment of the duties imposed on the Gram Panchayat under this Regulation and for carrying out the resolution of the Gram Panchayat shall vest in the Sarpanch.
