Section 112 in The Tripura Land Revenue And Land Reforms Act, 1960
112. Payment of rent.
(1)The rent payable by an under-raiyat shall, subject to the provisions of section 111, be the rent agreed upon between him and the raiyat, or where there is no such agreement, the reasonable rent.(2)The rent shall be paid at such times and in such manner as may have been agreed upon, or in the absence of such agreement, as may be prescribed.
