25. Appellate Authority.
- The authority empowered to hear appeals against the orders of Licensing Authority refusing to issue or renew any conductor's licence or revoking any conductor's licence, or disqualifying the holder from holding or obtaining a conductor's licence under the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 34, shall be District Magistrate of the District in which the aggrieved person ordinarily resides.
