(7)Every application made under sub-rule (1) or sub-rule (5) in which the competent authority, referred to in sub- section (1) of section 51, is satisfied that the requirements for grant of certificate of registration under the Act and these rules have been complied with, shall be disposed of by it within a period of ninety days thereafter.
