Section 36 in The Uttar Pradesh State Sports University Act, 2021

36. Payment by State government to the University. -

The State Government shall pay to the University from time to time such sum of money and in such manner as may be considered necessary for the exercise of powers and discharge of its functions by the University under this Act.
