Section 1 in Chhattisgarh Rice Procurement (Levy) Order 2005
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This order may be called the Chhattisgarh Rice Procurement (Levy) Order 2005.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Chhattisgarh.(3)It shall come into force on the date of this publication in the "Official Gazette."
