Section 6(1) in Uttarakhand Fire and Emergency Service, Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2016
(1)The Government may establish and maintain a training institute in Uttarakhand to be known as "The Uttarakhand Fire and Emergency Service Training Center" for providing courses of instruction in the prevention and extinguishment of fire of the Fire and Emergency Service personnel and private candidates from industries, hotels, multi-storied buildings and similar other government and Non-Government establishments as specified in Section 9.
