4. Preparation of Electoral Rolls. [(Section 37 and Section 65(2)(b)].
(1)As soon as may be after the notification under rule 3 is issued, the Registrar shall prepare draft of the Electoral Rolls which shall contain the name of every person whose name is entered in the register.(2)The names of the electors shall be arranged Polling Station-wise indicating the names of the districts attached to a particular Polling Station.
