Section 19(1) in Bihar Payment of Wages Rules, 1937
(1)The costs which may be awarded in proceeding under the Act shall include: -(a)the charges necessarily incurred on account of court-fees;(b)the charges necessarily incurred on subsistence money to witnesses; and(c)pleader's fees which shall ordinarily be Rs. 10 provided that the Authority or the Court, as the case may be, in any proceedings, may reduce the fee to a sum not less than Rs. 5 or increase it to a sum not exceeding Rs. 30.
