Section 15(1) in Bihar Private Security Agencies Rules, 2011
(1)Every appeal under sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Act shall be preferred in form-VII signed by the aggrieved person or his authorised advocate and presented to the appellate officer in person or sent to him by registered post.
