Section 25(2) in The Maharashtra Tax on Lotteries Act, 2006
(2)Every order made under this section shall be laid, as soon as may be, after it is made, before each House of the State Legislature.NotificationsG.N. F.D. No. MRL.1006/CR.502/lottery-3, dated 20th January, 2007 (M.G., Part IV-B, page 2) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Tax on Lotteries Act, 2006 (Maharashtra XLIII of 2006), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the 20th January 2007 to be the date on which the said Act shall come into force.G.N.F.D. No. MRL.1006/CR.502/20/lottery-3, dated 20th January, 2007 (M.G., Part IV-B, page 3) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Maharashtra Tax on Lotteries Act, 2006 (Maharashtra XLIII of 2006), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto to be the officers for the purposes of the Maharashtra Tax on Lotteries Act, 2006 and gives them the designations respectively referred against each of them in column (3) of the said Schedule.
