Section 10(1) in The Rajasthan Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1959
(1)All weighing and measuring instruments used, or intended to be used in transactions for trade or commerce shall conform as regards capacities, material and design, to the specifications laid down in [Schedules VI, VI-A, VI-B and VI-C] [Substituted by Amended Notification No. 3, dated 30.12.1983.]
