Section 33(2) in The Assam Agricultural University Act, 1968
(2)The Assam Agricultural College, Jorhat, and the Assam Veterinary College, Khanapara of the State Departments of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry and Veterinary together with their staff and funds shall be transferred to the Agricultural University on such terms and conditions as specified in subsections (2), (5), (6), (7) and (8) of Section 47. the Research and Experimental Stations of the Department of Agricultural and animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science together with their staff and funds shall be transferred to the Agricultural University on such terms and conditions as specified in sub-sections (4), (5), (6), (7) and (8) of Section 47.
