(2)(a)where such action is taken by the Board, the provisions of this Chapter and of any rules and regulations made in this behalf shall apply as if all references to the [Financing Bank/Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society] [Substituted by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 1 of 1987.] and to its committee in the said provisions were references to the [Andhra Pradesh State Co-operative Bank Limited] [Substituted by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 14 of 1994, w.e.f. 30-4-1994.] and the Board respectively.(b)Where such action is taken by the Trustee the provisions of this Chapter and of any rules and regulations made in this behalf shall apply as if all references to the [Financing Bank/Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society] [Substituted by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 1 of 1987.] or to its committee in the said provisions were references to the Trustee.
