Section 143(3) in The Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir

(3)No process for the arrest or imprisonment of the [Governor] [Substituted for 'Sadar-i-Riyasat' by the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir (Sixth Amendment) Act, 1965.] shall issue from any court during his term of office.
