5B. [ Supply of furnishings and electrical appliances to certain office holders. [Inserted with marginal heading by Act No.10 of 1971.]
- The State Government may, subject to such rules as may be made by them in this behalf, provide for furnishings and electrical appliances for the use at the residence of each of the holders of the offices referred to in section 3-A, sub-section (4) of section 4 [and section 5].(2)The amendment made by sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have come into force on the 28th October, 1969.]
