Order 17/06/2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both petitioners were promoted on the post of Additional Chief Engineer pursuant to the recommendations of DPC vide order dated 03.06.2022 (Annexure-6) and they have joined on the promoted post thereafter respondents without giving any opportunity of hearing has revoked promotion vide order dated 10.06.2022 (Annexure-1).
Issue notice to the respondents. In the meanwhile, operation of order of the revocation dated 10.06.2022 shall remain stayed.
