10. Establishment and incorporation of the University by Legislation.
- If the Government is satisfied that the Sponsoring Body has complied with the conditions of Letter of Intent and on the specific recommendations of the Expert Committee, it shall include the name of the University in the Schedule with details of its location by way of amendment of the Schedule.
