Section 19(9) in The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000
(9)Whoever knowingly fails to comply with the provisions of this section or comply with any order of the Company Law Board shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to fine for not less than five hun red rupees for every day during which such non- compliance continues.
