- When the prisoners are locked up for the night, a second padlock shall be locked on the wicket of the inner gate, and the gate-keeper shall then deliver the keys of the inner and outer gates to the Deputy Superintendent for custody in the receptacle provided for the purpose in whose presence he shall make over the keys of the locks of the wicket to the head warder incharge of the gate picket.
