1. By the present Petition, the Petitioner has prayed that he may either be released on bail in Sessions Case No. 274 of 2018 pending on the file of Sessions Judge, District Solapur or his narco analysis test may be conducted at the cost of State.
2. Petitioner will be at liberty to file application for his release on bail before the Trial Court, where his case is pending. So also, the Petitioner will be at liberty to file application for conducting his narco analysis test before the Trial Court, if so advised and as may be permissible under the law. 1/2
Osk 25-Wp-6234-2021.odt In such an event, the Trial Court will consider the said application strictly within the confirmity of law and without being influenced by the fact that this Court had granted liberty to the Petitioner to file such an application before it.
3. Petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
