173. Resignation.
- The Karmadhyaksha or any other member of a Sthayee Samiti may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the Sabhadhipati and on such resignation being accepted by the Zilla Parishad the Karmadhayaksha or such member shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
