Section 23 in Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence Act, 2018
23. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-(i)The Board of Governors;(ii)The Board of Management;(iii)The Academic Council;(iv)The Research and Innovation Council;(v)The Finance Committee; and(vi)Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
