18. Appeal against Collector award.- An appeal shall lie against an award of the Collector to the Gujarat Revenue Tribunal constituted under the Bombay Revenue Tribunal Act, 1957, (Bom. XXX of 1958) notwithstanding anything contained in the said Act.
