Section 45 in West Bengal Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010
45. Grants and loans by State Government.
- The State Government may, after due appropriation made by Legislature of a State in this behalf, make to the Tribunal grants and loans of such sums of money as that Government may consider necessary.
