13. Commencement of Service.
- Except as otherwise provided by or under these Regulation, "service" of an employee shall be deemed to commence from the working day on which an employee reports for duty in an appointment covered by these Regulations at the place and time intimated to him by the appointing authority, provided that he reports before noon, otherwise his service shall commence from the following day.Explanation: In the case of a "transferred employee" his "service" shall be deemed to have commenced from the date on which his service commenced with the insurer.Section 2 - Probation
