195. Absence caused by illness or other unavoidable cause.
- Whenever any subordinate officer is at any time prevented by sudden illness or other unavoidable cause, from attending at the jail or performing his duties, he shall forthwith give notice, or cause notice, of the fact to be given, to the Deputy Superintendent and shall also communicate to that officer the reasons for his absence or failure to perform his duties. The Deputy Superintendent shall thereupon make such arrangements as may be suitable and necessary for the due performance of the duties of such officer.
