260. Discharge of members absent from sittings of Committee.
- If a member is absent from two or more consecutive sittings of a Committee without the permission of the Chairperson, a motion may be moved in the House for the discharge of such member from the Committee:Provided that where the members of the Committee are nominated by the Speaker such member may be discharged by the Speaker.
