Section 11 in The Industrial Development Bank Of India General Regulations, 1994
11. Plaints, etc., by whom to be signed .-Plaints, written statements, affidavits and all other documents connected with legal proceedings may be signed and verified on behalf of the Development Bank by any officer empowered by or under the regulation 10 to sign documents for and on behalf of the Development Bank.
