Section 31 in The Rajasthan Financial Corporation General Regulations, 2002
31. Power to Annual Forfeiture.
- The Board may, at any time, before any share so forfeited under Regulation 28 shall have been sold, re-allotted or otherwise disposed of, annul the forfeiture thereof upon such conditions as it may think fit.
